Maui Vacation Rental Policy
For your Maui Hawaii Holiday Rental

Maui Ocean Breezes is a peaceful, ecofriendly retreat. The entire estate can be rented for large family get togethers or each unit can be rented individually at the following rates:

Whispering Bamboo two bedroom cottage weekly rate is $185 per night.

Hibiscus Hideaway one bedroom apartment rents for $155 per night.

Swaying Palms studio is $145 per night.

Prices may be higher during the high season December 15 to April 15, July & August.

These rates are based on 7 night rental and double occupancy.

Discount given for stays longer than 3 weeks.  Rates are subject to change at any time. 

Your money is refundable if notice is given at least 45 days prior to arrival minus a 10% or $100 (which ever is greater) processing fee.  If less than 45 days notice is given we will refund your money minus the cancellation fee if we are able to re-rent your dates.

Payment in full is required at least 45 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to holiday and peak seasons.

There is a one time cleaning fee for each unit based on double occupancy. Cottage $95, Apartment $75, Studio $65. If more than 2 guests in a unit there is an additional cleaning charge.

We will try our best to accommodate your arrival and departure if possible. Check out time is 11:00 am. Check in time is 4:00 pm.

We live on the property and are here to help. In case of any problems please let us know as soon as possible.

We accept payment in form of personal checks or electronic funds transfer into our Bank of Hawaii account. Checks payable to Anjali DeSure.

Please note that in the event of closure of any of our units due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of god, terrorism, etc., we will not be liable for any damages beyond the cost of your reservation with us. All monies will be refunded promptly.
